1. Who We Are

AISMOND ("AISMOND", "we", "us") is operated by Infosec Consulting SRL, located at 6 Ferdinand, Sinaia, Romania. These terms cover your use of our websites, dashboard, API, and related services (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

3. The Service

AISMOND provides cybersecurity monitoring and reporting tools. The Service may process security-related information you submit or authorize us to collect in order to provide features, support, and improvements.

Certain features may include security checks such as port scanning and threat intelligence collection and processing. When you enable or use these features, you confirm that you own the relevant assets or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to authorize AISMOND to perform these activities for your benefit.

4. Authorized Use

You may only use the Service with systems, networks, and data that you own or that you are authorized to use and test. You must not use the Service for unauthorized probing, scanning, or disruption of third-party assets.

You must not abuse the Service, including attempting to scan, probe, or collect information about any asset, system, or data that you are not authorized to access or test. You are responsible for ensuring each scan or collection activity is properly authorized.

You are responsible for your configuration, your users, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. For Customer Data you submit (or that we process on your behalf), you retain ownership. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the Service.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the fees and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. If payment fails, we may suspend paid features.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable availability, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We may change, add, or remove features. We may update these terms from time to time.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay for paid features, or if needed to protect the Service or others.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Security information may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. AISMOND does not guarantee that using the Service will prevent incidents or detect every issue.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISMOND will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.

OPTIONAL: Many SaaS services include a liability cap. Example: total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Romania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
